I recently had a great experience with Dr. Lee and dental assistant Adian. They were accommodating, patient, explained things thoroughly, answered questions, and overall put me at ease. They were also upfront and transparent about what the procedure would cost which I greatly appreciated. The lady behind the front desk (My apologies -- I didn't catch her name) was also very pleasant to work with and that really set the tone for the whole visit. The office is clean and modern with a great view of the water.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. Dr. Lee was professional in the sense that he wasn’t rude or disrespectful, but there was no warmth, attentiveness, or genuine sense of care during the appointment. I felt more like just another patient being rushed through the day rather than someone whose pain actually mattered. The overall treatment felt careless and lacking attention to detail. I came in explaining a specific area of pain, yet after paying hundreds of dollars for X-rays and treatment, the wrong tooth/problem area seemed to be addressed. I left the office in significantly more pain than when I arrived. The numbing process was difficult and concerning. The injections had to be done multiple times because I could still feel significant pain while he was working on the tooth. He repeatedly had to stop and re-numb the area, yet I was still uncomfortable throughout the procedure. After the appointment, the roof of my mouth was left in excruciating pain, which made the entire experience even more upsetting. My experience with Dr. S was excellent. She was warm and welcoming from the start, which made the visit very comfortable. The service was prompt and efficient, without feeling rushed—everything was handled with professionalism and care. Her staff was just as friendly and helpful, creating a positive and supportive environment throughout the visit. I really respect how seriously she takes her work and her commitment to her patients. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled dentist.

I had a great experience at Zen Dentistry. Adrian and Maria were both very kind and helpful during my visit, and Marissa at the front desk made check-in and scheduling quick and easy. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Heidy, the hygienist. She was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel really comfortable. She also gave helpful tips for maintaining my dental health and made the entire cleaning feel easy and stress-free. Overall, the team was welcoming and professional, and Heidy truly made the experience stand out. I highly recommend Zen Dentistry.

Today was my second visit here, I came back for a reason! Dr. Samouha and her staff, Marissa & Adian are the reason I came back! They are so warm and welcoming. They honestly distract you from what’s to come lol nonetheless, this establishment is clean and they offer a comfort menu if you are nervous or need anything while getting your cleaning or etc done here. Definitely recommend, I’ll be back again and again.
